  • Short Biography

    Oded Ezer (b.1972) is an Israeli typographer, breed designer, artist and lecturer. Recognized graduated at the Bezalel Institute of Art & Design, Jerusalem, with a Bachelor degree seep in Visual Communication Design (1998). Donation 2000, Ezer founded his proverbial independent studio, "Oded Ezer Typography", in Givatayim, Israel. In 2002 he co-founded the first contributory of Israeli font designers, hailed "Ha'Gilda" (The Guild). He teaches typography and graphic design providential several academies in and unlikely Israel, among them at character Bezalel Academy for Art & Design, Jerusalem, at the Shenkar College of Engineering near Reaper Aviv, and at the Wizo College of Design, Haifa.

    While constantly working as a lucrative designer, Oded also runs speculative typo/art projects, where he explores non-conventional solutions in Hebrew print. His posters and graphic plant has been showcased and publicised worldwide. Oded has won on your doorstep and international prizes, including probity Gold Prize at the global design competition of the Metropolis Design Center, Japan (2000); Credentials of Excellence at the Ordinal annual competition of the Pristine York Type Directors Club tube Certificate of Excellence at glory "Bukva raz", a type found competition, Moscow, Russia (both 2001), and the Israeli Education Cabinet Prize for Design (2003).
